Event Description
It was reported that the system was arching, which caused the live image to go black.This resulted in a temporary loss of imaging functionality.Functionality was recovered with a reboot.There is no report of injury or death associated with this event.
 
Manufacturer Narrative
A ge service representative performed an onsite investigation.The failure could not be duplicated.The candle sticks were evaluated and regreased.A complete filament calibration was performed.The system was tested and found to be working as intended and put back into service.
