Event Description
It was reported that three days after the implant, the patient had some discharge from the incision which they understood to be part of the healing process.The patient also noticed that they felt like the device was moving and was experiencing a lot of pain on the side of the implant.The device was repositioned and the patient is feeling better.The device remains in use.No further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.

Event Description
It was also reported that the pain and other issues the patient was experiencing never got better after the revision and the device was removed shortly after that and not replaced.
