It was reported that the patient's generator site was infected.The surgeon drained the site and antibiotics were prescribed.It was reported that is in a wheelchair and the straps rub the generator and the daycare center does not keep the area clean.It was later reported that the patient was scheduled for explant due to the infection.No known surgical interventions have occurred to date.

Device manufacturing records were reviewed.Review of manufacturing records confirmed sterilization for both the generator and lead prior to distribution.
