Customer reported qc and pt samples were not reporting blood.
 
Manufacturer Narrative
It was reported that the ichem velocity urine chemistry analyzer having false negative for blood and leukocyte esterase on 3 pt samples, whereas the iq200 urine microscopy analyzer and manual microscopic methods confirmed that those samples had the presence of rbcs and wbcs.One out of the three has been erroneously reported to the floor.However, no change to pt management was reported.The field service engineer replaced the srm.The reflectance check and controls passed and system was operational.
