It was reported that one of the extensions shifted in front of the implantable neurostimulator (ins).The extension was manually manipulated twice to move it behind the ins, but it kept slipping so that it was sitting in front of the ins.When the patient was seen by the manufacturer representative on the day of the report, they had no issues recharging.They were able to achieve eight bars very easily.In addition, there were no issues with therapy noted.A follow up report will be sent if additional information is received.
