Event Description
The customer reported to customer service that the transformer for her pump in style advance breast pump was cracked in the corner and then she dropped the transformer which broke in half.This is a safety risk.In addition, customer stated that she discarded the transformer.
 
Manufacturer Narrative
The customer received a replacement transformer.The product involved in the complaint was discarded; therefore, the product evaluation cannot be performed.No conclusions can be made as to the cause of the event.The cause of the breach in the rev n transformer has not been determined at this time.It is currently being investigated under (b)(4).
