Litigation alleges the patient suffers from pain, discomfort, difficulty standing, ambulating, sitting, and amounts of toxic cobalt-chromium metal debris to be released into the tissue.Update 12/1/2014- pfs and medical records received.A correct doi was provided.After review of the medical records for mdr reportability, the stem is being added for the alleged high metal ions (no lab results provided.There is no new additional information that would affect the existing mdr decision.The complaint was updated on: 12/29/2014.
