It was reported that during use in the right axillary vein, the stent graft partially deployed and would not deploy any further.The entire device was removed and another stent graft was used to complete the procedure.There was no patient injury reported.

The lot number for the device has been provided.A review of the device history records is currently being performed.The device has not been returned to the manufacturer for evaluation.The investigation is currently underway.
