A provider indicated that his handheld device would not turn on despite being plugged in and charging for a long time.After several hard resets the device would not power on but the battery appeared to be engaged.The handheld device and associated flashcard software have been returned for product analysis which is ongoing.

Product analysis was performed on the returned handheld device and associated flashcard software.The handheld device and flashcard software performed according to functional specifications.No anomalies were noted during the analysis.
