Event Description
It was reported that the patient had fallen and was injured during rehabilitation and the implantable cardiac monitor (icm) had migrated out of the pocket.The device is no longer inside the patient confirmed by x-ray and no longer in use.No further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
