Event Description
|
It was reported to boston scientific corporation that a symphion tissue removal system resecting device was used in resection procedure.According to the complaint, the patient's uterus was perforated during the procedure.One day post op, the patient returned to the physician complaining of abdominal discomfort.The patient was sent to the hospital where the physician removed 1000cc of fluid from her abdomen.There were no patient complications due to this event.
