Event Description
It was reported that approximately one week post-implant, the device eroded through the incision site.The implanting physician noted that there was heavy bleeding at implant which required a pressure dressing over the site and felt this may have contributed to the erosion.A new device will be inserted in the near future.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
