Reliability analysis inspected 1 opened and used enlite sensor and found the sensor cannula bent and retracted inside the sensor and broken.The broken part was missing.
 
Event Description
The customer called in to report several bad sensors.The customer also reported that a few of the sensor cannulas had been retracted or missing after removing the sensor.The customer's blood glucose level was unknown.The customer's products were replaced and returned.
