Event Description
Per the clinic, the patient experienced ongoing blurred vision, imbalance, nausea, vomiting and pain at the implant site, believed to be caused by reported dura at the base of the implant.Subsequently, the patient was prescribed a seven day course of an oral steroid (date not reported) without improvement; as well as an injection of marcaine.The implanted device remains.
