(b)(4).The ventilator was returned for investigation.The device was powered on and the display froze verifying the reported malfunction.The malfunction was isolated to the single board computer (sbc) printed circuit board (pcb).The sbc pcb was replaced and the device then passed all testing.
 
Event Description
It was reported that a ventilator display was getting stuck at the six images screen.The device required a hard shutdown to turn it off.There was no patient involvement.
