Event Description
It was reported that a physician had accidentally damaged the tablet usb port by excessive manipulation of the connection.The tablet has been received for analysis which is underway, but has not been completed to-date.Additional relevant information has not been received to-date.
 
Event Description
Analysis was performed on the returned tablet and the report was verified.During the analysis, it was identified that the usb port was damaged.As a result, the tablet was unable to establish communication.No further anomalies were identified.
