Philips investigated this issue and spoke to the hospital physicist, according the hospital physicist the system worked perfectly and the injury was caused by long and complex procedures.The system was tested according philips requirements and it passed this test.(b)(4).
 
Event Description
Philips received a complaint from the customer in which they stated that a patient was injured after an examination.The patients injury (skin burns and hairloss) were caused by the dose that was given as result of long and complex procedures.
