Event Description
|
It was reported the customer lost visitags midway during an afib.Ablation procedure and could not retrieve them.The issue was not resolved by turning on and off the visitag feature, or reloading the carto application, or lowering the parameters.The respiratory data and visitag bar were available.The procedure completed successfully without patient's consequence.

(b)(4) it was reported by the caller that they lost visitags midway through the procedure.Turning on and off the visitag feature did not resolve the issue.They reloaded the carto application which did not resolve the issue.Lowering the parameters also did not resolve the issue.The procedure was completed so further ts was not possible.The customer requested that an fse evaluate the system.Sw version 4.3 on a t3500 ws.Fse spoke with cas and she advised there have been no further visitag issues with this system since the initial complaint after shutting down the workstation and using the default template.System is ready for use.(b)(4).Dhr review was performed by the manufacturer and no anomalies were noted in manufacturing or servicing of this equipment.
