Event Description
Medtronic received information that approximately six years and six months following the implant of this 20mm pulmonary valved conduit, a 16mm transcatheter pulmonary bioprosthetic valve was successfully implanted valve-in-valve due to high gradients from calcification and stenosis with mixed disease.The patient was reported to be recovering well.No further adverse patient effects were reported.
