Event Description
It was reported that the programming system froze when attempting to interrogate the vns patient's device.The physician attempted to perform troubleshooting on his own by reseating the battery to reset the device; however, an error message appeared stating "self test failed" when the programming system was powered back on.Attempts to provide troubleshooting support to the physician and for additional relevant information have been unsuccessful to date.
