Event Description
It was reported that site has problem with the handheld computer.The screen has frozen during the last 2 times it was used.It would not respond when pressing the reset button and on both occasions site had to take the battery out to get it working.Additional information was received that the screen freezes on the "interrogation successful" screen.Review of manufacturing records confirmed all tests passed for the device prior to distribution.
