Manufacturer Narrative
Additional/updated information was added to reflect the device being returned to the manufacturer for evaluation. The result of the evaluation was that the compressor had low output, causing the yellow light for low o2., which confirmed the original complaint issue. When o2 purity falls to between 73-85% the yellow o2 indicator light (visual alarm) is displayed. The alarm did not go off because when o2 purity falls below 73% the unit goes into system failure. An audible alarm is activated along with the visible red light alarm.
