Event Description
It was reported that a vns programming computer could not be charged due to a leads damage caused by miss-use.The device was opened by the customer and a spare part (connector) was requested as replacement but the manufacturer could not replace spare parts.The customer was informed that no spare part replacement is possible in this case.The review of manufacturing records confirmed that the programming computer passed all functional tests prior to distribution.
