Event Description
It was reported that the patient's generator could not be interrogated on (b)(6) 2016 due to the programming system freezing up.A company representative checked the programming system the next day and found it to be functional.The representative was able to interrogate and perform diagnostics with a demo generator without issue.Additional relevant information have not been received.
