Event Description
It was reported that the patient presented to the emergency department with palpitations.There was intermittent oversensing noted on the stored episodes of the implantable cardiac monitor (icm).The device was also at recommended replacement time (rrt).The device remains in use.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
