An email was received on 08/01/2016 regarding a patient who reported that in the past her physician had turned device up and had to turn back down as she felt it caused "heart palpitations." the patient also has described her device as having a surging feeling in her chest.The patient has not seen her physician for the past 2 years and not further information was able to be obtained.She has been encouraged to see the physician bit not further information has been received to date.
