Event Description
It was reported on (b)(6) 2016 that the patient's device is now non-functioning but it wasn't clarified if this was a dead battery or product issue.On (b)(6) 2016 the physician indicated the issue appears to be a lead failure.The impedance was out of range and unable to deliver clinical stimulation.No specific diagnostics results have been obtained.No further relevant information has been received to date.
 
Event Description
It was believe that the patient had undergone a battery replacement surgery on (b)(6) 2016 but it was confirmed that this surgery was postponed.No known surgical intervention has occurred to date.
