A health care professional reported a consumer's device was in overdischarge.The consumer was unable to charge in 2015.No symptoms were reported.Additional information received from a representative reported one pmr (physician mode recharger) was done, tried to communicate with the battery, and still could not.Reviewed it make take up to 6 or 8 pmr's to pull the device out of overdischarge.Additional information received from the representative reported that a 0x8 por was displayed, but the battery dropped back into discharge before it could be cleared.Reviewed charging the battery to ensure it stayed charged.Indication for use included other and movement disorders.
