Event Description
The treating physician reported that the settings on the patient's generator had changed by themselves.The patient was previously seen at the end of september from when this change in settings was noted.At the most recent visit, the patient's output current was registered at 1ma, pulsewidth at 500us, and some additional settings were also altered.The identified settings were consistent with a faulted system diagnostic test.The patient was programmed back to intended settings (including 2.25 ma output current), and then reduced to allow for readjustment to intended settings.Attempts for additional pertinent information have been unsuccessful to date.
