Event Description
A report came in that a physician was having issues programming due to a damaged serial cable.The physician was unable to interrogate a patient.After replacing the physician's serial cable, the issue was resolved.The cable was then discarded.The serial cable does not require return, as the failure mode is understood to be a failure of the serial cable associated with a disconnected wire connection.
