It was reported that a patient experienced mild vocal cord injury during implant surgery on (b)(6) 2011.Attempts for further information were unsuccessful to date.
 
Event Description
The implanting surgeon reported that the patient was seen during two post-operative appointments, and the vocal cords approximated well.The surgeon was unaware of any vocal cord injury.No further relevant information has been received to date.
