Manufacturer Narrative
Onsite investigation was preformed and the field systems engineer was able to resolve the issue by re-calibrating home positions which made the system dock properly. No further issues were reported. No part replacement or return necessary.A full imaging system check-out was completed and all tests passed.Full system functionality was confirmed and the system was returned to service.

Event Description
A medtronic representative reported that when they un-crated the imaging system, it had not been previously docked correctly so the pins had punctured the x-stage cover and were misaligned. They went through the 'invalidate home' procedure a couple of times and motions became functional but the gantry still did not dock. There was no patient present when this issue was identified.
