Event Description
It was reported that the patient was experiencing 2-3 seizures per week, which was assessed by the initial reporter to be an increase.In the patient¿s intended generator replacement surgery, high lead impedance was encountered prior to replacement.After the generator was replaced, high impedance was still detected.As a result, the patient¿s lead was also replaced at that time.The explanting facility discards products after explant; therefore, product return is not expected.No additional pertinent information has been received to date.
