The system was examined and the reported ¿shut down¿ was not replicated. However, the event log review showed several instances of the same reported system messages (sms). The system was tested and found to meet product specifications.A review of the customer¿s complaint history for the last 24 months did not show any previous complaints of this kind against the system. The system was manufactured on september 1, 2016.Based on qa assessment, the product met specifications at the time of release. It remains inconclusive whether the system actually ¿shut down¿ or the customer was referring to this ¿safe state¿ that the system reverts to when critical fluidics functionality is affected. The company representative found no problems with the system. It should be noted that these instances are usually user-related issues, but can be addressed when reconfiguring the system settings. However, there is no evidence to suggest that customer involved (in this particular reported event) used the system incorrectly. The system was found to meet specifications. Therefore, the root cause of the reported event cannot be determined conclusively.(b)(4).
