The system was examined and the reported event was replicated.The touchscreen was subsequently replaced to resolve the issue.The system was tested and found to meet product specifications.Touchscreen calibration issues have been observed in the field and an internal investigation was opened to address the issue.The system was manufactured on december 21, 2012.Based on qa assessment, the product met specifications at the time of release.The root cause of the reported event can be attributed to the nonconforming touchscreen.(b)(4).
