The customer reported a vent inop condition due to an air valve liftoff failure and air valve stuck closed.The customer had replaced the air valve 2 weeks ago at the first occurrence of the air valve liftoff failure; it had been weeks between the failure indications.The customer reported there was patient involvement and no patient harm.
