Event Description
It was reported that high lead impedance was detected on the patient's new generator while she underwent generator replacement due to a depleted battery.Pin insertion troubleshooting was performed but it did not resolve the high impedance.Therefore, the lead was also replaced, and the high impedance resolved.Clinic notes had indicated prior to surgery that the vns had been effective when it was functional.The suspect product has not been received to date.No further relevant information has been received to date.
