Information was received from a manufacturer representative regarding a patient who was implanted with a neurostimulator (ins) for urinary dysfunction/sacral nerve stim.It was reported that during a battery replacement, they were getting high impedance on all electrode pairs with 0.It was noted that they were testing with the new ins, and that testing with the old one, prior to surgery had not been possible due to that battery being completely depleted.Measurements for the other electrode pairs were given to be: c-1, ???; c-2, 668; c-3, 668; 1-2, 739; 1-3, 1012; and 2-3, 1012.Additional information was received on (b)(6) 2017.It was reported that the lead was still implanted and connected to the new ins.It was noted that the patient was programmed around electrode 0.There were no patient complications reported as a result of this event.
