Event Description
Information was received from a friend/family member of a patient who was implanted with a neurostimulator (ins) for dystonia and movement disorders. It was reported the ins was taking too long to charge and would not charge past 50% for the past couple days. The coupling gets weak when the patient moves, but by the end of the charging session they make sure they have full coupling. The ins was charged and monitored the day prior to this report for no less than an hour with full coupling, but the ins did not go past 50%.It was noted the settings were not high, so they don't need to charge as often. It was also noted the patient may need to try charging for longer than an hour to fully charge the device. No medical symptoms were reported. No further complications are anticipated.

Manufacturer Narrative
If information is provided in the future, a supplemental report will be issued.

Event Description
Additional information was received from the healthcare provider (hcp) indicating the incomplete recharge was resolved by retraining the patient and their family on the recharging process.
