Event Description
Information was received from a consumer regarding a patient who was implanted with a neurostimulator for spinal pain.It was reported that the patient was feeling tingling from their upper back to their arm.This started happening about two weeks ago and they reported no fall or trauma.They tried adjusting the stimulation and they still had the tingling no matter what program they were on.They turned the stimulation off for 24 hours and they still had the feeling but not quite as bad.The patient had the ability to change the amplitude, groups and programs but changing these factors did not resolve the issue.The patient was directed to their healthcare provider to further investigate the stimulation issues.No further complications reported.
