Event Description
A manufacturing representative (rep) reported that a patient stopped them in a store and reported problems.The patient suspected their therapy was not working anymore because they were having a return of symptoms.The patient said it was not working and it was hurting.The last time they saw their healthcare provider (hcp) was about three years prior to the report, and at that time they told the patient that the battery was getting low.More recently, the patient had an egd performed and they found an ulcer in their stomach and dysplasia in their esophagus.The patient was not able to get into their managing hcp's office until january and said they could not drive and the hcp is 2 hours away.No further complications were reported/anticipated.

Event Description
The patient reported via manufacture representative that their battery was low.The patient did pretty well for quite some time in regards to their nausea and vomiting.It was noted that the patient had gotten worse in the last few months.It was unknown if any en vironmental/external/patient factors may have led or contributed to the issue.The patient was reported to be alive with no injury.No further complications were reported/anticipated.
