High impedance was identified during a review of the manufacturer¿s in-house programming history database.On (b)(6) 2017, system diagnostics were performed, and resulted in high impedance.Additional relevant information has not been received to-date.No known surgery has occurred to-date.
 
Event Description
Full revision surgery occurred.The generator was unable to be interrogated at the time of surgery.The hospital does not return devices to the manufacturer.
