It was reported that a depression patient¿s device had slipped and was loose under the skin.The patient has been referred for repositioning surgery.Additional relevant information has not been received to-date.No known surgery has occurred to-date.
 
Event Description
Follow-up from the provider indicated the cause of the migration was due to retention suture failure, and a non-absorbable suture was not used to secure the generator.The surgery had been performed for the patient¿s comfort.
