Event Description
A manufacturing representative (rep) reported an out of range impedance.The rep was not present during the procedure and called during the procedure about high impedances and the following information: after implanting the leads and connecting the implantable neurostimulator (ins) all impedances were out of range.The physician replaced both leads and connected to the ins, and still observed impedances out of range.The physician then replaced the ins and that resolved the impedance issue.No further complications were reported/anticipated.
