No patient information provided as no patient was involved in this concern.A medtronic representative inspected the imaging system onsite and confirmed the issue.The mobile view station (mvs) needed a bios password to complete the boot sequence.The mvs computer was replaced and the system upgraded.The issue resolved.A full imaging system check-out was completed following part replacement and all tests passed.Full system functionality was confirmed and the system was returned to service.The suspect computer was returned to the manufacturer for evaluation.The reported problem was confirmed as when turning on the mvs computer, it prompted the bios password screen.The cause of the issue was incorrect bios settings.
 
Event Description
A medtronic representative reported that while outside of a procedure, the imaging system was not booting.When turning the system on, it went to the bios screen.After entering the password a couple of times it was reported that the issue resolved.There was no patient present when this issue was observed.
