Additional information is provided.The customer reported that the system stopped working in the middle of the procedure.Additional information was requested but not obtained.The company service representative examined the system and confirmed the reported event.The company service representative reseated cables and reinstalled the software.Unrelated to the event, the system required parts to be replaced.The company service representative returned and replaced the dvd-rom drive and the u/s controller printed circuit board (pcb).The system was then tested and met all product specifications.The system was manufactured on january 28, 2009.Based on qa assessment, the product met specifications at the time of release.The root cause cannot be determined conclusively.The manufacturer internal reference number is: (b)(4).
