Event Description
Information was received from a patient with an implantable neurostimulator (ins) for the treatment of spinal pain.The patient reported that their recharging belt didn¿t stay on and that they had difficulty with it since implant.The patient noted that they have been taping it on with surgical tape.The patient also reported that their ins goes ¿haywire¿ and comes on real strong when it shouldn't.The patient stated that they met with a manufacturer representative in (b)(6) 2018 to ¿reset it/do some changes.¿ the patient was ordered some adhesive disks for the belt issue.No further complications are anticipated.

Event Description
Additional information was received from the patient on (b)(6) 2018.The cause of the stimulation coming on too strong unexpectedly was due to needing updates.It was reset by a manufacture representative (rep).The stimulation coming on too strong unexpectedly was resolved.No further complications were reported/are anticipated.
