It was reported that a patient underwent a procedure with a carto 3 system wherein a mapshift issue occurred.The customer described the event as, the map geometry shifted and then eventually went back to normal.No adverse patient consequences were reported.Product evaluation details: a biosense webster field service engineer (fse) visited on site and performed cube and acl testing.System passed tests and could not duplicate issue.The fse provided case support and system functioned normally.Issue was not duplicated.System ready for use.Dhr review was performed by the manufacturer and no anomalies, which are related to the reported issue, were noted in manufacturing or servicing of this equipment.Manufacturer's ref # (b)(4).
