Event Description

It was reported that the customer insulin pump had damaged.The customer¿s blood glucose level was 6.9 units.The customer reported that the pump screens fades in and out.The customer stated that there were scratches on the pump but no cracks.The customer was advised that the damaged pump will need to be returned.The customer was advised that replacement pump will have to be programmed.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.
