Event Description
It was reported that precipitate and clotted lines were found in an unspecified number of nicu bags after being compounded with the em2400 main module.This event was discovered after compounding.The technical service representative (tsr) confirmed with the reporter that the tube sets had been changed every 24 hours and that the lines flushed with 60ml.There was no report of patient injury or medical intervention associated with this event.No additional information is available.
